In the Moment

While we have been working with online qualitative approaches since the mid 1990s, mobile has been the real game changer in qualitative marketing research.

We use mobile tools to have participants snap pictures during their normal shopping trips, take selfie videos to illuminate different aspects of their lives, and keep a diary of product/brand usage.

When combined with direct questioning methods such as in home interviews or group discussions, mobile is one of the most powerful tools in our tool box to illuminate insight into your target audience.
